We get back to you with an approval with the designs and if changes needed to be made to your tailor. Budgeting will be discussed and approved.

Sit back and relax as the team takes on the permitting and zoning of the property. We will also get a team of suppliers and tradesman to get an accurate proposal price.

Building is now in progress! Permitting and plans has been approved. An agreement contract will be signed with a set start date of construction

It's all done! If any fix ups need to be made, we will contact the tradesman to come fix it. After completion, Enjoy your refreshed home design.
